About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Lydiony Garden website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Your account
You may browse the shop without an account. An account is needed to place orders and to use features such as saved items and Grow. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
Products and availability
We describe our seeds, plants, tools and growing supplies as accurately as we can. Because many of our products are natural or seasonal, appearance, size and availability can vary. Where an item is unavailable we will let you know and offer an alternative or a refund.
Prices
Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm an order. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the details supplied are incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment is taken using the method you choose at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Please check your address carefully; we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and may vary with weather, season and destination.
Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact customer care within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible. We will repair, replace or refund the item in line with applicable consumer law. Living plants and opened seed packets may be treated differently.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, illustrations, logo and design of this website belong to Lydiony Garden or its licensors. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Liability
We provide the store and its content with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
